Occasionally Bionic Cat may need some help figuring out what particular computer you need help with. If we ask for your computer serial number or computer ID, you can easily find either by selecting the Bionic Cat logo in the menubar and then sending us either.
Rather than typing out the Computer ID or serial number, the easiest thing may be to press command+option+4 on the keyboard and drawing a box around the serial number or computer ID. This will save a screenshot to your desktop that you can send to us.
Bonus tip: in the future, you can submit a support ticket by clicking on the Bionic Cat icon and choose "request help via email." This will automatically put your computer ID in the ticket so we'll know straight away.
