If you're on a Mac, look for the orange Bionic Cat icon in your menubar. From there, you can click either marked option to request support.
If we ask for your computer name, you can also get it from this screen.
If you're on a PC, look in the system tray for the Bionic Cat.
Here, you can also request support or, from the "Computer Info" option, get your computer name to provide us so we make sure we're troubleshooting the correct computer.
