Starting with Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra), Apple has tightened the reigns on Mobile Device Management profiles. Without getting into the nitty-gritty nerd details, the software Bionic Cat uses to remotely keep your computers updated, safe and secure requires an approved MDM profile. As of High Sierra, the end user (you!) must manually approve the MDM profile as this cannot be done remotely. So, if you would, please lend Bionic Cat a hand to make sure your computer remains happy and safe. If you have any concerns, questions or trouble, please reach out to us at support@bionic-cat.com.

From the Apple Menu, choose System Preferences.

 Select Profiles.

Select the profile with the yellow exclamation mark and click on the approve button. (Note that the name of your profile will contain your company name and not the generic "support@bionic-cat.com" name.) The certificate will be signed by *.addigy.com.

 When prompted, click Approve again.

Close the System Preferences window, accept our thanks for the assist and enjoy the remainder of your day!
