Because of new security measures Apple has implemented in High Sierra (10.13) and higher, there are a number of prompts you'll see and will need to manually approve when installing Bionic Cat's RMM (remote management and monitoring) software. 


We utilize RMM software to help keep your machines secure and up to date, but without the necessary approval, the tool can't work as designed, so please approve these items as you see them. You'll typically see them during and shortly after installing the RMM software. Here are some screenshots so you know what to expect and accept.
