Need to summon one of The Cats for assistance? The process is simple!


For our monitoring clients, simply look to your menubar for the Bionic Cat icon. You'll see this near the time at the top-right of your screen. For Windows users, look to the System Tray at the bottom right for your Bionic Cat icon.




Select the Bionic Cat icon and choose one of the pictured support options.


Our preference:  "Request Support Via Email" will launch your default email application (Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail, etc.) with some pre-populated information. All you need to do is edit the subject with a brief description of your issue and add any details to the body of the message. Please leave the unique ID in the body as that allows us to find your particular computer straight away.


If your email isn't working: "Request Support Online" will open an online form in your default web browser for you to fill out and submit.


If you're away from your computer or these options aren't available to you, simply email support@bionic-cat.com. That will automatically create a ticket as well.


As a last resort, you can always call our main number at 317.466.0084, but the aforementioned options are the most expeditious way to request help.
