When Bionic Cat is helping you troubleshoot mail delivery or potential SPAM or hacking issues, we'll likely need a copy of the full headers from the email in question. There are a variety of ways to get this information depending on the mail client you use. We'll address a few of the common ones.
For Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook, you should be able to select the email in question and the drag and drop it onto your desktop to create an .eml export.
For Google/Gmail, click the three dots toward the top right of the message and choose "Download Message."
In both cases, please email us the .eml file after you've generated it.
