Look for an invite email from Grasshopper that looks like the one below.
Click the "access your extension here" link and create your account.
Once logged in, select "extensions" and then the "edit" button by your extension.
If you would like to be able to make/receive calls using Grasshopper, click "add a forwarding number." Note: this will not expose your personal mobile number to whomever you call or whomever calls you.
If you don't add a forwarding number, all your calls will go straight to voicemail and simply be emailed to you.
Input your mobile number (1) and then select your preference for how Grasshopper handles the calls (2) and click "add this number" (3).
Click the "options" button and set your preferences for how incoming calls are handled (2) and click Save.
At the bottom of the page, you can optionally click "show other greetings" and then tweak your greetings, add vacations schedules, record your extension name and more.
