- Go to https://bionic.cat/remote
- Download the One Off.mobileconfig file
- Once downloaded, double click on the One Off.mobileconfig file in your downloads
- Go to the Apple Menu and select System Settings (or System Preferences depending on your operating system).
- Search for "profiles" at the top and select Profiles
- Double-click on the "Bionic Cat Support" file and follow the instructions to install it.
- Note: you will get some scary warnings about the level of control Bionic Cat will have. While this is true, we'll only use this to remotely diagnose and fix your problems and then we'll remove this.
