1. Launch the Safari browser
2. Go to https://bionic.cat/one-off-addigy to download the One Off.mobileconfig file
3. Once downloaded, you'll see this screen 
4. Go to the Apple Menu and select System Settings (or System Preferences depending on your operating system), you'll either:
   • Search for "profiles" or "device management" at the top and select Profiles or Device management (this differs by OS version)
   • OR
   • You'll see a "profile downloaded" message, which you'll need to click on.
5. Next, double-click on the "Bionic Cat Support" file.
6. Click "enroll" and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
7. Note: you will get some scary warnings about the level of control Bionic Cat will have. While this is true, we'll only use this to remotely diagnose and fix your problems and then we'll remove this.
