You may occasionally run into an issue where you see a yellow bar across the top of your Excel, Word or PowerPoint document that says something to the effect that you don't have the ability to edit documents, even though it lists your correct email address and you know you have a license.
The fix is usually easy:
- Click on the button at the far right of the yellow bar that reads "use another account."
- When prompted, sign back into your Microsoft account (i.e. your email address).
