If you've used your personal iCloud address to log into your work computer, it may leave the device "bound" to your iCloud account and unusable.
To release the device so it can be used again:
- Head to http://appleid.apple.com and login with your AppleID / iCloud login
- Click on devices on the left
- Select the device to be released
- Click "remove from account"
