If you have forgotten your password (or are otherwise having login issues), you can login with your FileVault Key. Bionic Cat should be able to provide that if you're on a managed Mac.


To access the FileVault login screen:


  1. Reboot your Mac
  2. At the login screen, press Option Shift Return
  3. Enter the FileVault key provided by Bionic Cat


This should get you logged in to the point where you can access additional options like getting online so Bionic Cat can further assist.
